FORGING FACILITIES

Ten lines consisting of combination of 5 frictions presses & 5 ring rolling mechanical presses with dedicated induction billet heater forms the backbone of company’s manufacturing capability and facilitates production of closed die hot forged parts and rolled rings. Total installed capacity for forging is 11000 T Annually with weight range varying from 100 g to 50 kg per piece.
